At the top of the stairs are two guards, let them finish their converstion to get a moral point. Return back to the area where the prisoner was being punched switch off the light on the stairs and head up them. This weapon is a unique style pistol and this will net you a moral point. Once the guard opens the locker door, knock him out and loot the weapon on the floor to the right of him. Follow him back to the first room where he will open a locker. One of the guards will try to talk into the intercom but it is broke. After hearing one say "screw you I went last time" you'll get a moral point. Look for some wooden boxes and hide behind these to listen to two guards talk about a hidden stash. Hide beside the boxes and listen to all of it to receive a moral point. Move into the next area, where you will see guards beating up a prisoner.
